Design & Engineering Services for WTP , STP , ETP :

Preparation of Basic Engineering package which comprises of Process Design , Technical write up , civil unit sizes &Equipment selection , submission of plant layout and Hydraulic flow diagram including vetting of designs from IIT /Anna university .

Preparation of Detail Engineering package which comprises of Civil Structural Designs, preparation of civil construction drawings, specification of electro mechanical equipment with cost estimate. We shall also obtain the vetting approval for our Designs from IIT /Anna university .

Fecal sludge Treatment plant Projects

WSI have prepared and submitted the DPRs for Govt. of Tamil Nadu for Fecal Sludge Treatment plant under Swacch Bharat Mission (SBM )-U 2.0 , Sewage Treatment Plant for Karnataka Urban Water supply Board , Apollo Hospitals and Department of Science & Technology

Technical Water Audit

Data Collection about water sources, water usage patterns, and water-consuming equipment or processes. This may include reviewing water bills, conducting site inspections, and interviewing facility managers or employees. Conducting a thorough inspection of the plumbing system to identify any leaks, which can significantly contribute to water wastage Based on the findings of the audit, developing a set of recommendations to reduce water consumption and improve water management practices. These may include implementing water-efficient technologies, modifying behavior and operational procedures, and optimizing water treatment and reuse systems.WSI have conducted the Technical Water audit and submitted report for MIOT Hospital successfully.

Conditional Assessment of Existing Treatment plants :

WSI have Study of current status of the existing STPs, drainage, pumping/lifting stations, rising mains, etc., Review of existing condition assessment report; Review of existing DPR; Estimation of demand projection for STP/I&D plants;

Sewer generation assessment based on zoning and population; Sewage generation estimation with treatment technology; SCADA system with online monitoring; CAPEX and OPEX estimation

International Assignments :

WSI has associated with Larsen &Toubro Ltd, Chennai for preparation of basic engineering package for DAM construction , raw water conveyance , water treatment plant , pure water pumping main and Distribution network . Waste water collection and conveyance , sewage treatment plant and treated sewage reuse for irrigation applications for four counties in Kenya , Eastern Africa .

WSI has associated with BECONS Ltd Chennai for International consulting assignments with Exim bank financial package. This association has mainly focused on African countries for Water supply, waste water treatment and reuse facilities .

WSI has undertaken preparation of basic engineering package , DPR preparation and detailed engineering package for LWSC , Liberia sewer water corporation , Monrovia , Liberia , western Africa .
