Water Management Projects

WAR for Water Programme (Water Management Projects): The company has been appointed as Solution Provider for Challenging water quality, quantity and distribution issues by Government of India, Department of Science & Technology, New Delhi for Three Locations in South India namely Bhuj Bhuj – Nellore ( Andhra Pradesh), Mamsapuram & Thirupattur in Tamil Nadu. These three water supply projects has been undertaken based on the turnkey projects for offering best possible solutions to the water issues of drinking water supply, general purpose water, Irrigation water demand and Industrial purpose water. These projects have been successfully completed by sourcing the raw water within the Village Limit and purifying the raw water to produce drinking water and General Purpose water. Similarly, waste water generated from the village is treated to Pollution Control Board Standards and Supplied to Irrigation Applications. The Company’s efforts have been very well rewarded by the local administration and also community participation in the “War for Water Programme” to make the project holistic and self sustainable.
 

Water Supply Improvement Project

The company has been awarded for Water Supply Improvement Scheme to Karamadai Town Panchayat in Coimbatore District in Tamil Nadu, India along with raw water supply Pumping main, Water treatment plant, Over Head Storage tanks and Water collection and distribution network lines for about 30 km which includes 13 KM of 300 mm Diameter Ductile Iron K9 & K7 pipes and 17 KM of 63 mm OD to 300mm OD PVC, HDPE pipes for water supply and distribution. The new full scale Water treatment plant capacity is 2040 m3/day which includes along with Cascade aeration system, Stilling chamber, Flow measuring channel, Flash Mixer Clariflocculator, Filter House & Chemical House, Pre & Post Chlorination system, Clear water reservoir, & Revamping of existing Water treatment plant of capacity 2960 m3/day at Karamadai Town Panchayat in Coimbatore District in Tamil nadu.

Liquid Waste Water Treatment Plants

The company had been awarded a contract for Pilot project on Liquid waste water treatment plant by Government of Tamil Nadu for Three Locations in Chiltapakkam, Anamalai & Tudiyalur Town Panchayat. These three liquid waste water treatment plant projects had been undertaken based on the turnkey projects for offering best possible technologies to the liquid waste water that was discharged from these locations without any proper treatment and thus harming the environment greatly. These liquid waste water treatment plants projects had been successfully completed by bringing the waste water generated from the village and treated to Pollution Control Board Standards and Supplied to Irrigation Applications.
 

Sewage Treatment Plants and Reuse Facilities

The company had been awarded a contract for project on waste water treatment plant by Adhiparashakthi Temple Trust Tamil Nadu for Design, Engineering, Construction, Supply, Erection and Commissioning of Sewage treatment Plant of capacity 5.0 MLD ( Average Flow ) and 10.0 MLD ( Peak Flow ). The waste water from various sources of the Trust such as Temple Canteen, Hospitals, Marriage Halls, medical & Engineering colleges and their hostels and devotees resting area are collected and conveyed by sewers by gravity / pumping to the De-centralized Sewage Treatment plant. The sewage treatment plant is built and commissioned by using extended aeration Principle to handle the variable waste water generation and the treated sewage quality is consistent & meeting the stringent Pollution Control Board standards .Further the treated sewage is reused for Irrigation.

Hospital Effluent Treatment Plant

The company had been awarded a contract for project on Effluent treatment plant by JSS New Hospital, Mysore for Design, Engineering, Supply, Erection and Commissioning of Effluent treatment Plant of capacity 1.0 MLD. The waste water from various sources of the Hospital such as Canteen, Hospitals, Laboratory, Medical colleges and their hostels are collected and conveyed by sewers by gravity to the Centralized Effluent Treatment plant. The Effluent treatment plant is built and commissioned by using Carrousel Bio Reactor Technology to handle the tough hospital waste water and the treated effluent quality is consistent & meeting the stringent Pollution Control Board standards. The Laundry waste water from the Hospital is segregated and brought to the laundry waste water treatment plant and subject to Physical and chemical treatment and the treated effluent is blended with the treated effluent and is reused for Gardening.

Dairy Effluent Treatment Plant

The company had been awarded a contract for project on Dairy Effluent Treatment plant by Kerala Milk Marketing Federation Ltd, Thiruvanathapuram, Kerala for Design, Engineering, Construction, Supply, Erection and Commissioning of Effluent treatment Plant of capacity 2,00,000 liters per day . The effluent generated from various sources of the Dairy such as Tray washing, Floor washing, Milk Processing, ghee making units are collected and conveyed by sewers by gravity to the Centralized Effluent Treatment plant . The Effluent treatment plant is built and commissioned by using Two Stage Biological Treatment by AFFR Reactor followed by Carrousel Bio Reactor to handle the High BOD waste water . The treated Effluent quality is consistent & meeting the stringent Pollution Control Board standards .Further the treated Effluent is polished through slow sand filters and reused for gardening & green belt development.

Tannery Common Effluent Treatment Plant

The company had been awarded a contract for project on Tannery Effluent Treatment plant by Pudhur Tanners Assoication Tamil Nadu for Design, Engineering, Construction, Supply, Erection and Commissioning of Effluent treatment Plant of capacity 6,00,000 liters per day . The effluent generated from various sources of the Tannery such as Soak liquor, Chrome tanning unit, hide washing, Floor washing, vegetable tanning are collected and conveyed by sewers by gravity to the Common Effluent Treatment plant . The Effluent treatment plant is built and commissioned by using Primary Physical and chemical treatment followed by Two Stage Biological Treatment to handle the High BOD waste water . The treated Effluent quality is consistent & meeting the stringent Pollution Control Board standards .Further the treated Effluent is reused for gardening & green belt development.
 

Oil Industry Effluent Treatment Plant

The company had been awarded a contract for project on Oily Effluent Treatment plant by IMC Ltd for Design, Engineering, Construction, Supply, Erection and Commissioning of Oily Effluent treatment Plant of capacity 100,000 liters per day . The effluent generated from various sources of the Tank washing and Floor washing are collected and conveyed by sewers by gravity to the Package Effluent Treatment plant . The Effluent treatment plant is built and commissioned by using Primary Physical and chemical treatment followed by Two Stage Oil removal systems such as Plate settler & Dissolved air Floatation to handle the High Oily waste water . The treated Effluent quality is consistent & meeting the stringent Pollution Control Board standards .Further the treated Effluent is reused for gardening & green belt development.

Textile Common Effluent Treatment Plant

The company had been awarded a contract for project on Common Effluent Treatment plant by Kunnankalpalayam Common effluent treatment plant Association Tamil Nadu for Design, Engineering, Construction, Supply, Erection and Commissioning of Effluent treatment Plant of capacity 40,00,000 liters per day ( 4.0 MLD) . The effluent generated from various sources of the Tannery such as Dye bath, Floor washing, are collected and conveyed by sewers by gravity to the Common Effluent Treatment plant . The Effluent treatment plant is built and commissioned by using Primary Physical and chemical treatment followed by Two Stage Filtration Treatment to handle the High suspended solids . The treated Effluent quality is consistent & meeting the stringent Pollution Control Board standards .Further the treated Effluent is further polished and recovered by Reverse Osmosis Process for reuse within the factories.
